Customer Service Intern

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Internship


 

A local family-owned business enthusiastically seeks proactive and dynamic individuals for an engaging paid Customer Service Internship opportunity. This role will allow you to gain a deep understanding of customer service operations while being a critical member of our service-driven team.


 

In this role, your key responsibilities will include effective handling of customer inquiries, problem-solving with a customer-centric approach, and contributing to improving customer service strategies. Your effective communication skills and keen empathy will ensure high-quality customer experiences.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Leverage your exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns or complaints.
  • Contribute valuable insight towards the development of improved customer service strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process sales receipts and invoices in QuickBooks Online


 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sharp problem-solving capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with QuickBooks Online (preferred, but not required)
  • Very dependable, responsible, impeccable work record, and self-motivated


 

Location: Family owned Landscaping business in Sobieski, WI


 

Hours: Approximately 30 hours a week - every other Saturday. The schedule is aligned to work 3 days a week.


 

Duration: July - End of August
