This beautiful club with multiple F&B outlets is profitable with a positive cash flow with gross revenue exceeding $6.5 million with Food & Beverage accounting for $1.7 million (25% generated from catering and event sales). The dining facilities are available nine (9) months of the year, with service in the various dining areas three to seven days a week. May through October (lunch seven days a week and dinner five nights a week) and November to January (3 nights a week.) The Club renovated our Beach Club in 2014 and we completed a first floor renovation of our Members Clubhouse in 2023. Our key initiatives for the Clubhouse were to sustain membership growth with proper sized facilities, right sizing the kitchen capacity for our food service demand, increasing capacity for indoor casual dining by reimagining the main dining facility, providing additional outdoor covered dining under a fixed structure on the north end of the property, adding administration offices and private meeting space, and increasing main level storage to improve operating efficiencies.
