We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our expanding commercial team in the United States. As the Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing relationships with farmers to generate new business opportunities in the form of grain offers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • identifying and qualifying farms through outbound calls
  • obtaining grain offers
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Agro.Club CRM
  • achieving established targets and goals.
