Probation Department Director

Responsible for the overall operation of the Probation Department, including preparing the annual budget, managing financial grants and approving agency expenditures, the hiring and supervision of employees per policies set by the Court and Itasca County. Responsible for conducting staff meetings, assuring employees obtain required training and that all employees follow agency and county policy and procedures. Conducts audits and performance evaluations on staff to assure quality control. Responsible to assure that quality programming is provided for all offenders assigned to probation in Itasca County.  Itasca County operates under a County Probation model.
