Customer Relationship Engagement Intern – Hybrid

As a Customer Relationship Engagement Intern, you’ll support Best Buy’s customer relationship business team with developing, managing, and delivering on member retention and engagement efforts designed to foster deeper and more meaningful customer relationships within our paid membership programs. This engagement may come in the form of support, service, sales, communications, unique member experiences, or digital touchpoints. 
In this role, you will gain insights into how we approach customer loyalty related opportunities and challenges associated with being one of the nation’s leading retailers. This program also will give you the opportunity to develop industry-related skills in a professional environment, network with Best Buy employees and explore a wide variety of career paths.
This internship will be available June to August 2023. It is a hybrid role, meaning you must be located within a drivable distance to our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You will be asked to come into the office 2-3 days per week.
What you’ll do
·       Lead small projects aimed at growing and maturing our engagement experiences and / or capabilities. 
·       Contribute to larger project work within retail, marketing, communications, and / or digital. 
·       Synthesize customer insights, and business analytics. 
·       Conduct and present competitive, customer, and industry analysis.
·       Partner with analytics to create and manage business performance scorecards. 

Basic Qualifications
·       Must be pursuing a bootcamp, certificate, bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, graduating between fall 2022­­ and spring 2025
·       Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc., will not be considered)

Preferred Qualifications
·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
·       Pursuit of business, marketing, or technology focused degree
