Customer Support Intern
We're currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Customer Support Intern looking for practical hands-on experience. This is a support role primarily for our aftermarket Customer Service team. You will interact with managers, directors, recruiters, and cross functional departments on a daily basis.
This position is located in Brillion, WI.
In this internship you will gain experience by:
- Learning more about opportunities within your field of study
- Streamline and document training processes.
- Design training material and potentially training individuals on the developed process
- Working with and building relationships with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with determining gaps with new hire training, systems training, and soft skills, and then develop a standard training module.
- Working on new and challenging tasks/projects daily
- Leading, developing, and presenting on a final project
- Public speaking in front of executives
THE QUALIFICATIONS…
- Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have completed the sophomore year (or equivalent for Associate program candidates) in the major program of study
- Must have and maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0/4.0
