The City of Appleton is accepting applications for a full-time Help Desk Analyst. This is a technical staff position responsible for providing first line Information Technology support. Work involves the interaction with multiple department users to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technology issues. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Information Technology.
 
Qualifications
This position requires an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, one to two years’ experience in troubleshooting/analyzing computer problems; or a combination of applicable experience and training. 
 
Salary
The hiring salary range for this position is $22.91 - $27.49 hourly, plus an excellent fringe benefit package.
