Marketing and Communication Intern (Remote)

We aim to deliver innovative marketing strategies which enable our customers to find the information and inspiration they need to interact with the CONMED brand while exceeding the expectations of our business partners.

We are seeking a creative and driven student to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Intern for summer 2023.

Intern Responsibilities:
  • Learn the basics of how advertising campaigns are executed and tracked across multiple lines of business
  • Assist in the creation and launch, optimization, and reporting of data for campaigns managed by our team
  • Participate in testing core components and perform statistical analysis of online marketing campaigns with the intent of uncovering stories within the data
  • Create graphic representations of collateral requests for digital and print sales materials
  • Support the team with data extractions, analysis, reporting, and data presentation
  • Keep current on the Digital Media industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics
  • Develop tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
  • Collect and analyze data to identify internal and external trends
  • Research consumer opinions and marketing strategies and propose adjustments to current strategies accordingly
  • Measure consumer satisfaction with our products or services
  • Assist with monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed

Position Requirements:
  • Pursuing completion of a bachelors or master’s degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or relevant area of study
  • Must be available to work remotely - 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday from May 22, 2023 – July 28, 2023

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $27.00. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The hourly pay rate range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
