Food Service Leader 3
This position is responsible for the food service operation at the Correctional Center. Direct the production of meals; train and supervise persons in our care (PIOC) food service workers; plan meals and procure supplies; care for and clean kitchen equipment; maintain food inventory and proper sanitation standards. This position may work holidays and weekends, and other times as needed and/or directed.
Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
- Working in a food service environment including handling, preparing, and cooking/baking of food as well as following standardized recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Leading or overseeing the work of others (e.g. training/instructing, assigning /reviewing work, etc.)
