These positions have a starting wage of $19.70/hr.

Minimum Education Required
- High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
Minimum Experience Required
- 3+ years Customer Service and/or Customer Relations (billing, credit, payment).
- Must be able to work and adapt to various hours/shifts and a changing schedule.
- Availability for 24 hour call out for storm trouble call handling is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Call Center environment experience.
- 1+ years post-high school education in business, communications, psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience negotiating with customers and dealing with difficult situations is essential.
