Part-Time Talent & Culture Assistant

STANDARD HOURS: 12 Hours per week. Schedule to be determined at the time of hire. Flexibility required to meet the needs of the department.
MINIMUM STARTING WAGE*: $14.16/hour

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to Talent & Culture staff including data entry and filing. Serve customers in person, via phone and email.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
·        Provide administrative support for Talent & Culture staff.
·        Respond to emails sent to Talent & Culture related inboxes.
·        Manage employee and benefit files including filing, audits and purging records.
·        Retrieve and update data in HRIS and Learning Management systems.
·        Maintain, organize and stock supplies.
·        Sort and distribute mail.
·        Provide customer service via the Talent & Culture general phone line and occasionally back-up the receptionist.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:  High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1 years of experience in an administrative role.
**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite required, and PeopleSoft preferred
