Provides technical leadership in supporting the OU core business and initiative delivery. Acts as a key enabler in leading and delivering results against challenges. Provides an opportunity to be an integral part of executing projects for the category by leveraging new advanced controls, robotics, information systems and Cybersecurity technologies.
 
Job Qualifications
 
Education:
 
Bachelor or Master's degree in: Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Chemical Engineering (or other related degree and/or work-related experience)
 
Skills/Experiences:
 
    * 5+ relevant years of work experience, required
    * Background in making/process technologies (or desire to learn)
    * Experience with PC&IS technologies including instrumentation, valves, motor control, code compliance, etc...
    * Capable with FTView & RSlogix 5000 programming environments
    * Basic Networking, Virtualization, and Cybersecurity awareness
    * Understanding (or willingness to learn) connections to IT layer systems (Proficy, SAP, etc...)
    * Experience and desire to lead new technology platforms and work across multiple organizations and sites
    * Demonstrated Self-starter with the initiative/drive to identify the needs of the business without needing to be directed
