Enrollment Specialist

 
 
The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking an
Enrollment Specialist
Graduate Studies
               
Serves as an Enrollment Specialist for the Office of Graduate Studies. Responsible for managing the application process with the goal of moving prospective students to completed application ready for department review. This position will work extensively with processing applications and supporting documents. This position will also be responsible for seeing students through the lifecycle. 
 
Overall responsibilities include: evaluating domestic and international applications, processing application materials, reviewing and processing department admission recommendations, and preparing degree audits and admission packets for all students. A comprehensive knowledge base of all application requirements is essential.   
 
Review all applications for resident classification for tuition purposes. Respond to inquiries from graduate applicants and students via phone, email, CRM, and face-to-face contact. Responsible for maintaining and distributing electronic files to departments, and managing electronic student/applicant correspondence between OGS and departments on campus. Responsible for processing intercampus enrollment forms. This position will also process petitions in DegreeWorks, complete a first check of outstanding graduation requirements, and will participate in campus event programming as necessary. This position will also serve as a point of contact for cohort enrollment sessions. 
 
Required Qualifications:
·        Associate’s Degree
·        Prior customer service experience.
Salary Information: $19.00/hour
