Child Care Teacher

Looking for a driven individual to partner with me in expanding my in-home day care business into a center. This person would be a lead teacher to start, but I am looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role with reflecting pay. Pay initially, would be based on experience and training. You would work with a range of ages 0-3 years in a small setting. Responsibilities would be daily care of infants and toddlers, engaging in indoor and outdoor activities, planning activities and occasionally meal prep and serving. This job has the potential to allow you to grow into an administrative role, gain great experience, and become an integral part of the future of this business.
