MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00 am-5:00 pm


OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Income Tax Support, you will enjoy the opportunity to participate in a fast paced work environment focusing on a variety of accounting and tax processes. You will focus on income tax operations and unclaimed property processes for our world wide locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Coordinating, preparing and filing returns for income tax and unclaimed property
o Gathering, organizing and analyzing documents & data related to unclaimed property compliance
o Performing various tax related general ledger analysis and reconciliations
o Coordinating external audits; including gathering, organizing and analyzing audit data
o Identifying and implementing system and procedural enhancements and efficiencies, including an emphasis on results driven project management
o Performing special projects and other administrative tasks as necessary

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a Business/Accounting related degree OR have administrative work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning skills and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous accounting experience
o PeopleSoft knowledge
