Job Location: Yaounde, Cameroon
Want to work in a different location? Wycliffe USA has many open positions located in Africa, Asia, Europe, Americas, and the Pacific! Even though this job is located overseas, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States as per U.S. employment laws.
Every day is different! One day you will engage with students in the classroom and supervise the playground. Another day you might meet with parents to help come up with a plan for their child’s learning needs and goals. Later, you’ll write up progress reports and cheer students on in school sports.
This job might be for you if…
- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate Biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
- You love serving children.
- You’ve spent at least one year as a teacher and hold current teaching credentials.
- You’re flexible and enjoy working with a team.
- You flourish in a cross-cultural and family-type atmosphere.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain records and reports.
It’s a bonus if…
- You have previous multicultural experience.
