In this role you will have the opportunity to support and coach North America Product Supply sites build Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) technical skills and capabilities, build and maintain HSE training systems, consult the sites on potential regulatory compliance issues to find and implement solutions. You will play an integral part in delivering our goals of protecting our people, brands, assets and surrounding communities. You will be responsible for training and qualifying site HSE resources, ensuring incident investigations result in actionable countermeasures, supporting the businesses to obtain necessary operating permits and ensuring compliance with existing permits, analyzing regional and global HSE data to identify trends and needed HSE program improvements. You will work with our HSE Innovation teams to identify and pilot available technologies and applications that will make the work of our operators more efficient and safer. You will work with a team of HSE professionals and continue to grow both your technical and leadership skills.



Education:

A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar degrees (or other related degree and/or work-related experience).

Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years of fulltime experience in an Health & Safety or Environment role either within a manufacturing site or in a corporate environment.
* Knowledge or experience in at least one: personal safety, machine safety, chemical exposure control.
