Program Management and Evaluation Assistant

Duties
Data
  • Administrative support and feedback evaluation for webinars
  • Review and provide feedback on all chapter reports
  • Assist in the evaluation of collegiate and alumni programming
  • Identify and assist in the development of resources and training to meet program needs
  • Assist in volunteer engagement, retention, recruitment and management
  • Compile complete annual report for archive submission

Other Potential Administrative and Office Support Tasks
  • Prepare membership packages and materials for shipment
  • Maintain a directory of college and university administrators
  • Scan and file chapter reports and fellowship applications
  • Assist in taking inventory of merchandise for the Mortar Board Store
  • Assist in the preparation and filling of shipments
  • Organize Mortar Board historical records
  • Answer phones and correctly direct calls to Mortar Board Staff
  • Attend a weekly student staff meeting

Qualifications
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and Access, database and spreadsheet management
  • Understanding of rudimentary data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and queries and reports
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced work load with accuracy and cheerfulness
  • Understanding of college and university names and higher education protocol, timeframes and conventions
  • Fearless attitude towards technology and a willingness to learn

Requirements
  • Able to work 10 to 20 hours per week starting immediately. Mortar Board offers a very flexible schedule
  • Must attend a mandatory student staff cohort training
