Program Management and Evaluation Assistant

Data
- Administrative support and feedback evaluation for webinars
- Review and provide feedback on all chapter reports
- Assist in the evaluation of collegiate and alumni programming
- Identify and assist in the development of resources and training to meet program needs
- Assist in volunteer engagement, retention, recruitment and management
- Compile complete annual report for archive submission
Other Potential Administrative and Office Support Tasks
- Prepare membership packages and materials for shipment
- Maintain a directory of college and university administrators
- Scan and file chapter reports and fellowship applications
- Assist in taking inventory of merchandise for the Mortar Board Store
- Assist in the preparation and filling of shipments
- Organize Mortar Board historical records
- Answer phones and correctly direct calls to Mortar Board Staff
- Attend a weekly student staff meeting
Qualifications
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and Access, database and spreadsheet management
- Understanding of rudimentary data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and queries and reports
- Ability to manage a fast-paced work load with accuracy and cheerfulness
- Understanding of college and university names and higher education protocol, timeframes and conventions
- Fearless attitude towards technology and a willingness to learn
Requirements
- Able to work 10 to 20 hours per week starting immediately. Mortar Board offers a very flexible schedule
- Must attend a mandatory student staff cohort training
