Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center is G-R-O-W-I-N-G and we are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our engaging, knowledgeable and friendly health care team at our 5 STAR skilled nursing facility!

Registered Nurse / RN - Specific Job Duties
Our nurses are key team members responsible for the day to day care of our residents.
- Oversee all areas of the residents medical needs on a daily basis including direct care as needed
- Ensure quality assistance with activities of daily living while improving/maintaining resident's highest level of functioning
- Implement resident care plans
- Medication reconciliation, administration, and education
- Providing treatments as ordered including catheters and wound care
- Supervise the nursing assistants
