Sales Support Intern
Health Data Movers (HDM) is seeking a motivated sales support intern to assist our sales and recruiting team in a fast-paced, real-world healthcare IT environment. Our intern will assist in review resumes, monitor, update internal data, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness, timeliness, and efficiency. Students pursuing a career in sales, business administration, healthcare administration, or healthcare IT are highly encouraged to apply.
Sales Support Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and edit resumes
- Perform contract process and editing
- Draft company-wide communication
- Own consultant database updates and modifications
- Monitor swag inventory and distribution
- Perform additional projects upon request
Requirements
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to work remotely and communicate well virtually
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
