Paid Spring Internships at The Phillips Collection

The Phillips Collection is committed to bringing Duncan Phillips’s “intimate museum combined with an experiment station” into the work environment. The Phillips seeks to build its dedicated and creative team with new interns.

The Phillips Collection's paid internship program involves in-depth first-hand experience and mentorship, as well as the opportunity to build a network of professional contacts. Interns gain professional experience in a museum setting, exposure to arts and cultural events, and the chance to work alongside museum staff. Museum departments typically accepting interns are: Academic Affairs, Curatorial, Education and Community Engagement, Marketing and Communications, Public Programs, and Development and Membership. The Phillips seeks motivated people of all backgrounds—we value diversity of cultures, races and ethnicities, gender expressions, and abilities.

The Phillips Collection paid internship program is open to junior and senior undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates. Applications are accepted for the summer, fall, and spring semesters.
