POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Overview of the team responsibilities:
Our Ecommerce Marketplace and Operations team is critical to the execution of McKesson Medical-Surgical Consumer Business. This team ensures the ensures the smooth day-to-day running of all aspects of our E-commerce business across multiple channels including our own online website, through third-party sellers.
Intern Program Details:
- Paid Internship
- Full time / 10 weeks
- Positions will reside in Richmond, VA
- No company sponsored housing, relocation, student visa or Green Card assistance available
- This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing industry!
- The internship program also provides networking, access to executives, structured performance & coaching
- Training provided from vendors, subject matter experts, and computer-based training with certificate prep.
Responsibilities:
- Support the MMS Ecommerce Marketplace and Operations Leader in day-to-day activities related to the smooth execution of our Ecommerce Business
- Learn the key components of delivery for supporting a major online retailing business
- Acting with direction develop insights and reports related to progress of major business and operational items
- Interact with other teams to gather and collate information related to the status of our Ecommerce Daily Delivery such as Marketing, Distribution, Technology and Category Management
- Manage individual assignments related to improving key elements of overall ECommerce team delivery such as Assortment Management, Shipping, Customer Care, Product Content Management etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship, at the Undergraduate or Graduate level
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship
- 18 Years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred Majors: General Business Studies, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
