Care Worker Full Time
New Glarus Home is seeking Universal Care Workers (UCW) full time PM or NOC shifts!!! Every other weekend is a requirement for this position so a bonus is that you have two days off during the week!
Our Glarner Lodge is a gorgeous 26 unit Assisted Living Facility located on our campus in New Glarus Wisconsin. Our team is small but we are mighty. We work well together and are excited to add someone that is caring, compassionate and detail oriented to our team.
We are now offering a $1000.00 sign on bonus and we have recently
increased our wages now starting at 12.00 - 13.00 hourly depending on qualifications!

The UCW is responsible to provide direct care to our Tenants while helping them to maintain the highest level of independence possible while promoting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The UCW provides meals as indicated on the menu, provides activities and socialization, cleans apartments and facility, and seeks to provide the best care possible while protecting the tenants from any form of harm or injury. The UCW job duties are executed in accordance with the current Federal, State, and local standards, as well as other guidelines and regulations governing this facility. You will also be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Administrator and/or nurse program coordinator.

Experience is not required but preferred.
