Associate Support Specialist


Do you enjoy helping people and working to become a subject matter expert in your field? Zywave has entry level customer service career opportunities in our Associate Support Specialist role. The Associate Support Specialist is the first line of defense in customer service by answering any type of question our customers might have about our software tools. Questions might be fairly routine such as assisting with a login or complex and require troubleshooting, user testing and escalation to our Research & Development team.
