IT Help Desk
- Candidate needs to have at least 1 – 3 years of experience in handling incidents / requests over calls from US callers.
- Must have experience in performing L1 tasks in Active Directory such as Account unlock, Password resets, creating accounts, Distributions lists and security groups.
- Experience in installing Applications.
- Good customer service mindset and customer handling skills.
- Manage IT system Infrastructure and any processes related to those systems
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology systems
