Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm; 20-28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-Time Inventory Liabilities Support, you will be analyzing and problem solving issues and transactions related to inventory purchases, p-card purchases, special charges, and match exceptions. This is a fast-paced team environment that will interact with all aspects of the company related to inventory purchases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Reconciling payments and receipts of inventory purchases

o Analyzing match exceptions related to inventory purchases, receipt of goods, and vendor invoices

o Making journal entries to resolve accounting issues related to accounts payable

o Communicating with our branches, corporate procurement, international procurement, and distribution centers solving receipt issues and vendor invoices

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented

o Exhibit strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities

o Demonstrate strong problem solving, math skills and deductive reasoning skills

o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Possess or are working towards a Degree in Accounting, Business Intelligence, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or other related education
