Library Media Specialist
Bismarck Public Schools is accepting applications for a Library Media Specialist at Legacy High School. This position will begin in August 2020.

A teaching contract is 187 days. External candidates are allowed to bring in up to 12 years of contracted K - 12 teaching experience.
New Teacher Orientation for all teachers new to BPS is scheduled for August 3 - 6.
Qualifications:
1. LMO2 (library media specialist) credential.
2. Valid ND teaching certificate based on a bachelor’s degree with elementary, middle level, or secondary education.
3. A strong background and experience in automated library systems, current educational strategies and technologies, and administration of personnel.
4. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Starting salary range: $46,488 to $66,841
