HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER/ADVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.     Must be Wisconsin DPI certified, early adolescence to adolescence, in any field of study.
2.     Must be willing to teach face-to-face and online.
3.     Must be willing to work flexible days and hours.
4.     Must be willing to obtain training in project based learning, personalized learning plans, blended learning, and online curriculum.
5.     Experience with a variety of technology tools and software.
6.     Willingness to work with parents on a regular basis to develop relationships between home and school and improve student learning.
7.     Must be committed to the philosophy of personalized learning.
8.     Must be willing to work periodically during summer months for additional pay.

The successful candidate for this position will be committed to working with students and parents to create a personalized learning plan that supports this philosophy. They will be comfortable with their use of technology and will have the creativity and flexibility to adapt to an environment that combines face-to-face, online, and project-based learning. The successful candidate will have the ability to work as part of our collaborative team with parents, students, and community members to continually develop and improve our unique school.
