Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00-18.00/HR

As a Financial Document Processor, you will be performing a variety of loan document review duties to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for loan products. Some of your job responsibilities:

-Mortgage compliance and auditing of loan files.

-Review mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness.

-Track receipt of signed closing package from title companies.

-Track recorded Assumption Agreement to Post Closing-Review signed closing packages for signature or document deficiencies if a document required borrower corrections, transfer file to the Closer to make any necessary contacts.

-Communicate via email with lenders, customers, etc
