Responsibilities:
College students developing into Financial Advisors strive to understand their client’s goals and visions in order to provide financial solutions that put them on a path to success. They are in business for themselves- but they are not alone. Students work very closely with leaders and mentors in the company to learn business best practices for their client experiences, planning and overall professional coaching.
Job Duties:
- Attend weekly professional trainings
- Assist potential clients in building their personalized financial plan by running meetings to review their situations
- Utilize veteran advisors for feedback and meeting assistance while learning to manage time effectively in running their own financial practice
