Job Title: Software Engineer Associate (New Grad - Londonderry, NH)
Job Description:
As a member of our technical staff you will be part of an engineering team in a challenging, fast-paced company where designs become production reality. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and execution of the software for the test stations used to manufacture and test the products we sell. Responsibilities may include conceptual design, programming, validating and debugging, documenting of test software, as well as hands-on involvement in testing and validating the station performance with emphasis in the following areas:
- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to develop concept for station design.
- Design the station software or parts thereof to meet the given specifications including schedule and cost.
- Develop the code using LabVIEW software.
- Test and verify the code for proper operation.
- Troubleshoot/modify current station code for improvements.
- Document the code for future use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
- Junior level experience with programming in LabVIEW. Must be able to understand and develop code as well as modify existing code.
- Additional experience with C+, C# (sharp) or other programming languages preferred.
- Entry to intermediate level knowledge of opto-mechanical test station design.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Junior level knowledge of task/project scoping and execution to schedules
