Clinical Intern - Summer 2020

Responsibilities and Expectations
IntelliScript’s interns are exposed to a wide variety of work within the practice, primarily by performing clinical research and data analysis using Excel to support our various products. This unique opportunity offers perspective of clinical data analysis in a business setting. Examples of projects include defining medical conditions, estimating disease incidence rates, prognosis and mortality, and demonstrating an understanding of IntelliScript risk management tools. Interns are also responsible for assisting with research and product development.

Professional Qualifications
·        Pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy or Medicine with at least 2 years of coursework completed
·        General proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Preferred (Not Required)
·        Experience working with data analytics or informatics
·        Prior related internship(s) and/or professional clinical experience
·        Experience with medical and/or pharmacy billing codes

Location
·        This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in the Milliman office.
