Will I be making coffee and picking up dry-cleaning?

No. While Modern Woodmen internships vary from region to region, the purpose of the internship program is to give you hands-on experience to help you determine if a career in fraternal financial services might be right for you.

Will I get paid as an intern?

Depending on how your internship is structured, you can earn college credit and/or get paid for your hard work.

Can I get hired full time after my internship?

Maybe. An internship is a great way to try out a financial representative career, risk-free. If you’re successful, we’ll be happy to explore full-time career opportunities with you.

How long does the internship last?

You’ll work with the regional director or managing partner to develop a schedule that works for both of you. Modern Woodmen internships typically consist of a 10-week training program followed by 10 weeks of selling.
