What are we Looking for? Dalco is in search of motivated individuals with a competitive edge and a desire to succeed. Sales Representatives personally make sales calls on existing and potential customers to provide industry knowledge that will benefit customer and their facility.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
·        Establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales and gross margin targets within the full line of products or combination of products and services.
·        Create a business plan for developing new business and increasing share at existing accounts.
·        Coordinates use of all company resources (e.g. technical, marketing) to provide value added services to accounts.
·        Effectively use company-sponsored tools for time and territory management.
·        Develop and build strong rapport and relationships with customers.
·        Provide input to planning company product, price, and service strategies.
·        Support supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or vertical.
·        Prepare quotes and estimates.
·        Develop and build strong communication and partnerships with all Dalco employees and vendors.
·        Identify customer needs. Recommend appropriate products, systems, and programs to expand customer experience.
·        Assist Credit Department with new account applications.

Qualifications:
·        Bachelors degree or equivalent
·        Exhibit Dalco Core Values - Expertise, Attitude, Relationships, Solutions (EARS)
·        Ability to effectively manage a sales territory and the selling process
·        Innovative problem solver; recognizing customer needs and providing streamlined solutions.
·        Strong PC skills and ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
·        Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
