Instructional Design Intern

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Instructional Design Intern to join the Electrical Wiring Systems Team in West Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will work with Training Specialist to develop eLearning product training courses for sales team and customers, and will have training and some experience in developing eLearning modules, and be familiar with SCORM compliant authoring software. Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and within teams, as well as a willingness to provide input to help improve learners’ level of engagement, retention and transfer.
