LHI Financial Analyst - Lacrosse, WI

The Financial Analyst will support preparation of budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. Perform detailed analysis of revenue, costs, margins, metrics, and trends. Review and analyze financial data and reports with ability to present finding and recommendations to stakeholders. Respond to ad hoc requests for information and analysis. Participate in special projects as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation of forecast and budget, including detailed comparison of actual results to budget / forecast
  • Prepare analysis of business and financial metrics and performance measures
  • Provide financial support for departments to include analysis and monitoring of financial and headcount metrics and capital spending
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and special projects using analytical skills clearly communicating / presenting finding and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to work under short deadlines
  • The ability to work effectively both independently as well as on a team is essential
  • Strong analysis skills using complex Excel models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all level of the organization
  • Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered



Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year related experience in financial analysis, budgeting / forecasting
  • Hyperion Essbase, Smartview experience
  • Strong business acumen
