· You are a pet owner, pet enthusiast and an evangelist for pet health & well-being.
· You drive yourself harder than anyone else would or could.

· Able to accept critical evaluations, use every opportunity as a learning moment and perform duties in an upbeat, enthusiastic manner.
ROLE AND BEHAVIORAL DESCRIPTIONS:
· Doing whatever it takes to ensure that any pet parent who might want us or need us will undeniably try our products and become raving fans.
· Being irrevocably engaged in our business interests and long-range business potential.
· Support Vital Essentials sales and marketing teams with events, tradeshows, digital channels and POS material distribution.
· Collaboration with extremely talented marketing and sales professionals on a daily basis to not only learn from the best.
· Ability to jump in where needed and multi-task across a variety projects and campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the marketing and sales team with the execution of promotions, campaigns, tradeshows, seminars and special events.
· Assist in building and maintaining Salesforce CRM data
· Maintain content on web site in coordination with Creative Services Manager.
· Manage travel, preparations and meeting calendar for trade shows and client meetings
· Assist with direct mail campaigns from creation through lead distribution to sales team.
· Maintain accurate reporting and inventory of printed marketing material and sample distribution to customers.
· Support digital marketing campaigns executed across a variety of channels including, but not limited to, social media, websites, business pages and partner sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year program with an emphasis in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
· Experienced user of social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other emerging channels
· Able to lift up to 25 lbs
· Basic technical proficiency
· Excellent communication skills
OTHER:
· Position located in Green Bay, WI; no relocation or telecommuting offered
· Experience with WordPress or other CMS systems a plus
· Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
