Human Resource Business Support Intern

In this internship, you will work alongside the HR Americas Leadership Team to support Human Resources efforts within our organization. Schreiber Foods is seeking candidates that have the flexibility and mindset needed to work in a global environment. This position is a year round internship, offering part-time hours during the school year and full-time hours during the summer and school breaks. This position would start February 2020.

What you’ll do:
  • Compile & analyze data for HR metrics and dashboards – Excel 2016 and PowerPoint 2016.
  • Design effective presentations and training content – PowerPoint 2016.
  • Enter position details into Human Capital Management System – Workday
  • Assist with programs and activities supporting HR Business Support strategy.

What you need to succeed:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management. Sophomore status or higher preferred. If enrolled in an Associate's degree program must have a plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates is completed.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work year round, part-time during the school year and full-time during summer/winter breaks. We would prefer to have the selected candidate start in February 2020.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must have self-starter attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • High curiosity and drive to learn about other cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast learner.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of processes.
