Learning & Development Intern
PURPOSE OF POSITION
This internship will give you an opportunity to be on a team that is striving to create a Poke Average learning experience for our employees. You will be exposed to all facets of the training development creation process, including the planning, designing, and deployment of the training content across different areas of the business.
You’ll Learn How to:
- Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of specific training initiatives
- Prepare and edit presentations for L&D initiatives
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to develop learning content
- Update existing LMS content
- Create and develop surveys; analyze and communicate post-survey results
- Identify and research topics related to L&D
- Perform other related tasks and special projects, as required
What We’re Looking for:
- We are considering undergraduates at a Junior or Senior Level who are pursuing a degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, Training & Organizational Development or related subject
- Attention to detail and organization, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills is required
- Initiative, enthusiasm for learning, and asking questions is expected
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools.
