Global Digital Chatbot Intern

As an intern at Coca-Cola you'll get exposure to real projects and challenges in a vibrant environment and gain real world experience. And you'll work with the brightest and best in the industry and participate as a member of the workforce of the world's most recognized brand.

The Coca-Cola Company is leveraging chatbots and voice to create memorable, convenient and personalized interactions with consumers. Specifically we:
  1. Build better promotional experiences
  2. Provide consumer access to relevant content
  3. Accelerate transactions

We likely have over 100 chatbots in our system today and the numbers continue to rise. We have recently established a global foundational capability with the objective of:
·       Fostering innovation
·       Accelerate learning
·       Avoid duplication of efforts

Our current challenge is to coordinate, integrate and consolidate the chatbot development process across our business units. We want to harness the knowledge and development from each individual chatbot deployment to increase the self-learning process of our chatbots globally.

The Digital Chatbot intern will work with the Global Digital Team and Global IT to create a collaboration tool that catalogs all chatbot topics/components in development or production. The tool will be considered successful if our chatbot stakeholders around the globe are able to easily discover and leverage existing chatbot knowledge bases for reuse.

The role will manage a project against a plan, update all project tracking information as appropriate and execute special requests as assigned. Special requests may also be assigned throughout the internship on an as-needed basis.

GROWTH BEHAVIORS
·       CURIOUS: Staying curious about what is outside and two steps ahead inspires us to challenge the status quo. Having the courage to look and leap is the way we grow. Because asking “what if?” pushes us to the next level as people and as a company
·       EMPOWERED: True empowerment is the result of taking responsibility. This means giving yourself permission to see it, say it and do it, and owning the outcomes. Because we move forward faster when we all take action
·       V 1.0, 2.0, 3.0: There are very few overnight successes. Greatness is born of many little victories (and failures). Share v 1.0, test it, and make it better. Then create the next version. Because the moment we think something is perfect, it will be obsolete
·       INCLUSIVE: We are smart alone but together we are genius. This means being inclusive, giving the benefit of the doubt and being responsible for each other. Because for our company to thrive for the next 100+ years, smart isn’t enough. We need genius.
