Position Summary:
The Graduate Admissions Director will work closely with the faculty, faculty committees, the Assistant Dean for Marketing and Communications, and the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management and Data Analytics. In this position, you will collaborate between stakeholders to:

• lead and manage the functions of recruitment, admissions, student services for prospective and new students
• coordinate all recruitment and enrollment initiatives
• develop, implement and evaluate student retention efforts through data analysis in conjunction with academic departments and the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management and Data Analytics

Focus on undergraduate and online enrollment will be a critical component of the position.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A master’s degree in Higher Education or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible experience in college admissions, recruitment, student services or a related field, as well as strong communication skills.
• Successful candidates will be familiar with principles and best practices around admissions, outreach, recruitment, student services, yield, and data driven management.
• An ability to effectively supervise, develop, and mentor staff, knowledge of market research, a demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide creative solutions.
• It is important that the successful applicant have the ability to work with, and understand issues related to a diverse undergraduate, graduate, non-traditional, and international student population.

 
 
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of SLATE or another CRM.
• A focus on identifying ways to recruit a diverse student population that will cultivate an inclusive and collaborative community.
