Family Services Coordinator - Wraparound

Working full-time as a Family Services Coordinator/Wraparound you will be responsible for providing a strength- based, needs driven team approach for children with serious emotional disturbances and/or substance use disorders and their families. Our program is seeking an enthusiastic, diversity minded, creative professional to provide coordination of family’s needs/services, as well as case management services. The Family Services Coordinator/Wraparound will work closely with multiple public service systems, including ISK, Circuit Court Family Division, DHHS, community members/programs and the public schools to provide services within a family-centered model.
