Winter 2020 Internship Program

Our Winter Internship Program will bring 12-20 interns with learning and attention issues to Washington, D.C. this summer for an exciting time of growth. If admitted to our program, you will be placed in a paid internship. We have a broad range of internships ranging from small offices to large governmental entities. We have several congressional and senate offices, international think tanks and policy organizations. Internships run Monday - Thursday, with Fridays spent training back at BroadFutures. Internships are 20-25 hours a week. You will participate in 2 weeks of initial training and 10 weeks of internship . You will be assigned a peer mentor and coach to support you while you are in your internship.

While we charge a program fee, our application process is need blind and we have a large amount of scholarship funds to cover the costs of our program. We will also be reserving a block of rooms at the International Student House students on a first come first served basis. We do not cover housing costs, but there may be opportunities for scholarship support for housing as well.
