Program Manager Intern

The Challenge
The Adobe Customer Success team is responsible for driving adoption, value, and partnership with enterprise customers for the Adobe Creative and Document Clouds. The CSM Program Manager drives best practices across this charter to accelerate value for our customers. The CSM Program Management Intern will work with the CSM Program Manager and will help develop and execute on key best practice programs. 
 
This person will be data-driven, a savvy communicator, strong collaborator, and an effective influencer who understands how to tactfully influence change. Qualified candidates must be able to simultaneously develop, manage, execute, and coordinate a number of ongoing projects. Candidate must also understand how to translate key metrics into succinct executive-facing communications.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience communicating with both employees and executives, be proactive and strategic in approach, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Special consideration given to those with strong communications experience. Role will report into the Director of Digital Media Services.
 
What You’ll Do
 
Communication & Reporting:
·      Help develop internal communications, including weekly executive-facing dashboards, CSM performance status, and monthly CSM activity summaries.
·      Manage and coordinate calendar of team all-hands meetings and other employee-facing best practice events and initiatives.
 
Program Management:
·      Design and execute on program plans and/or initiatives, which can include assignments such as:
o  Performing qualitative research to identify CSM activity pain points/inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions to improve processes and increase productivity within the organization.
o  Defining and/or building new systems to reduce duplicative reporting and data efforts.
o  Collaborating to create a centralized, navigable site/source for all teams within the DME Services org and their content.
o  Defining requirements, objectives and deliverables for identified projects and initiatives
o  Kicking off programs, establishing high-level timelines, and driving meetings for identified initiative through cross-functional teams
·      Own project management and documentation for overall CSM program and all initiatives.
·      Leverage change management best practices for all workstreams.

·      Detail Oriented: you can catch extra spaces, misaligned objects in PowerPoint, and a discrepancy in numbers from one week to the next.
·      Excel Wiz: you can turn anything into a Pivot Table and appreciate a good series of nested IFs functions
·      Calm Under Pressure: you believe there are no mistakes, only happy accidents
 
What You Need to Succeed
·      Currently pursuing a bachelors of masters degree and graduating Dec 2020 – June 2021
·      1-3+ years relevant intern or work experience
·      Strong writing, editing, and oral communications skills
·      Ability to translate complex projects into succinct communications for the CSM organization and leadership team
·      Ability to work with varying levels of management and comfort influencing/persuading at the Manager, Director, Sr. Director, and Vice President level, while sometimes dealing with ambiguity
·      Strong organization/project management and presentation skills
·      Self-motivated, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations
·      Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure while adapting to change
·      Strong experience with MS Office tools, proficiency with Excel
·      Proven success with offering new ideas and tools, and executing on those ideas
Bonus Points
·      Python and scripting skills, but not required
·      Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), but not required
·      Comfort working in InDesign (style sheets, linking, nested styles), but not required
·      Existing knowledge in customer success space, but not required
