Store Team Members
The Store Team Member, under direct supervision, ensures guest satisfaction by providing service and assistance to guests regarding the purchase of Casey’s products.
(Team Members are responsible for one or more of the duties listed below.)
· Operates standard or specially designed equipment to prepare pizza and bakery food products sold at Casey’s stores.
· Greets guests and assures that they are promptly served; operates Point-of-Sale system to process guests purchase transactions.
· Maintains sanitary condition of service and kitchen areas through cleaning food service utensils and equipment used in food preparation and distribution.
· Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior of store in accordance with established standards.
· Responsible for stocking products and providing night/day shift with adequate supplies.
· Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Education and Experience:
General knowledge of convenience store operations and procedures.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Functional reading, writing and math skills. Ability to operate cash register and equipment used in pizza and bakery food preparation as well as floor care. Effective guest relation skills.
Other Requirements:
Work is performed in a store setting. Must be able to stand for an extended period of time and to lift up to 50 pounds.
