Customer Experience Analyst - Summer 2020 Internship

About the Program
Our 10-week, paid Corporate Internship Program begins June 1, 2020. This program offers college students the opportunity to fully immerse in the day-to-day activities of the business unit. Throughout the program, students will build upon their current skillsets and work in a collaborative environment, while learning from subject matter experts across the organization. They will participate in projects that work toward company objectives,resulting in new solutions that inspire innovation both at JHA and across the fintech industry.

nternship Description

Have you learned so much in school, you can’t wait to put it to use? If so, the Customer Experience (CX) Team is looking for you.  

The CX team is involved with any change that impacts a customer's experience. This includes creating awareness of the upcoming change(s) and ensuring impacted customers and Associates are made aware of these changes in a timely and accurate manner. This department is seeking an innovative, data-driven student for their summer 2020 internship program. By observing, documenting, and analyzing metrics of actual work, a qualified candidate will work on connecting business operations with customer experience results. A candidate will be expected to identify opportunities pertaining to the constant evolvement and improvement of JHA's customer's experiences.

This position may be located in Springfield, MO or Remotely in the Kansas City area. 
*Because we are unable to provide housing, students should have access to housing in the area the internship position is located.

Minimum Qualifications
A Student Must:
  • Currently be enrolled at an accredited university or college
  • Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Leadership and Change Management, Data Science, Business, Information Technology Service Management, or Management
  • Have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences 
  • Completed their sophomore year of college (at minimum) 
  • Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Comfortable with public speaking and conducting presentations 
  • Highly dynamic and able to flawlessly cross-collaborate with various departments 
  • Experience conducting surveys and analyzing the data 
  • Experience in project administration and/or management
