Sales Distribution Analyst

Position Summary
The Sales Distribution Analyst Intern is responsible for creating, analyzing, and reporting on various sets of data to internal and external customers to support the business strategy and enable ease of doing business. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the desire and ability to identify business needs, areas of improvement, and objectives through research and data-backed decision-making that will empower them to make recommendations on appropriate business initiatives. This position will report to the Director of Sales Operations.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develops regular integrated analyses, projections, reports and presentations.
  • Prepares sales forecasts; collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
  • Establishes a system of documentation, communication, and review of internal and external comparative data.
  • Create, analyzes, and provide reports to various internal and external contacts as needed-monthly, quarterly, and/or annually.
  • Works closely with the Director of Sales Operations to develop and implement distribution strategies to drive stocked inventory with Zurn’s partners to drive growth.
  • Works with Product Management, Marketing, and Pricing to assist with strategies to drive stocked inventory into the sales channels.
  • Supporting partnering with the sales team to drive sales through stocked inventory orders. Support the sales team throughout the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process to manage stock orders from Zurn’s customers.
  • Support building and manage with our external distribution customers on-hand inventory reporting, and stocked order tracking process.
  • Assess, improve, and drive more effective use of technology within the sales enablement process.

Experience and Skill Required
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Customer Driven Sense of urgency
  • A self-motivated individual able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
