Software Developer Intern
Position Summary
The goal of our Software Developer Internship is to provide students relevant and practical work/training experience that is consistent with a career goals and level of education.
Responsibilities
Support the software development efforts of the digital solutions team:
- Participating in the Agile development process including selecting and grooming user stories, attending daily stand up meetings and presenting at sprint review meetings
- Working with seasoned developers to create and maintain code for new and existing software releases
- Creating and executing unit tests
- Assisting in launching and troubleshooting of software releases
- Developing and completing mentored software development project
- Maintaining coding standards and development best processes

Experience and Skill Required
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university studying towards a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering or equivalent program
- Software Engineering – student should be focused on software engineering and have an interest in software design, test, and/or development
- This is an entry-level position therefore previous engineering experience is not required.
- Demonstrated ability to analytically solve problems
- Demonstrated leadership experience in classroom and/or extracurricular activities is preferred
