Corporate Tax Intern
Position Summary
The Corporate Tax intern will be responsible for assisting the corporate tax function, including preparation of tax returns and tax audit support and provide tax-related support on a global level.
Responsibilities
- Serves as support for Domestic Tax Manager, and various other members of the Tax Department
- Prepare U.S. federal compliance forms for domestic and foreign companies
- Assist in collecting and analyzing financial data for purposes of calculating the quarterly income tax provisions
- Perform research related to specific tax matters
- Assist with basis studies
- Special projects as needed

Experience and Skill Required
- Must currently be pursuing a 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferably a Junior or Senior.
- GPA of 3.5 or higher strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Efficient with MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced problem solving and teamwork skills
- Prior experience working in an office setting a plus
- Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer
