Community Relations- Youth Engagement

Join the Community Relations staff in helping the club create an impact in the community. Intern responsibilities will include but not limited to, assisting in the coordination and execution of our youth engagement initiatives. These initiatives include Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities, Twins Baseball Camps, and Play Ball! Minnesota programs, Twins Learning Through Baseball, and Major League Baseball programs. All Community Relations interns will also support the Community Relations department with game day activations, diversity & inclusion, special events, Twins Community Fund events, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Ideal candidate will possess strong writing and interpersonal skills and have a passion for volunteerism and community development. Available to work nights and weekends. Strongly preferred to have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving in the Twin Cities metro area. Candidate must have an interest in community relations, strong computer skills and the ability to interact professionally with current players and alumni. Must be able to lift 35 pounds as needed.
